  • The HR person to handle the R to R process. HRM is to utilize the manpower in a productive way and it's taken to achieve the organization's goal.
  • Every organization's motive is profit-making. But nowadays the company wants customer satisfaction and trust. HRM helps to achieve what I told in the before sentence.

HR's main role is to assign the job to employees. If anything happens he is responsibility to solve the problem. He's taking the initiative to do that. He is the captain or skipper of the ship but he is not the decision-maker. He taken the action what the Managing Director told.
